Hajj insurance will take effect from the time the prospective pilgrims depart from their home to embarkation on the hajj boarding house for the blessing of the pilgrimage or after the Board of Man’s Entrance Certificate (SPMA), until the person returns to his home after performing the Hajj in the Holy Land.

Regarding the submission of insurance claims, this must be done no later than 60 calendar days or 30 days after the last group of pilgrims return to Indonesia. Outside the submission limit, the claim will be settled by a confirmation process from the Central Ministry of Religion.

To submit a hajj insurance claim, it can be done by the person concerned and also the documents needed for this, so that all processes can run smoothly and smoothly.

If all files have been completed, then the process of filing a claim can be done at the head office of the Hajj insurance company. For pilgrims who die, compensation will be given to the heirs in accordance with the provisions at the time of registration.

While compensation for pilgrims who are at risk in this case does not die, it will be given directly to the person concerned.
